📦 Returns

Since the product is being shipping directly from Korea, international return is not available. If you have an issue with the product, please contact us through the contact menu.

 

📋 Customs Duties
  • Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. Taxes will be added automatically if there's required tax to be paid depending on the local authority.
  • All custom duties and/or taxes must be paid by the customers referring to local custom policy.
  • According to customs regulations, #vivid cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
  • Taxes are most likely to be applied to an order that has been shipped with certain shipping method such as Express Shipping.

 

⚠️ Restrictions

Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses. Please be sure to provide your address with specific and correct details such as street number/building number if you have one.

Shipping address limitations
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries are not supported.
  • P.O. Box address is only supported for United States with standard shipping.
  • Non-continental Europe countries are not supported, usually referring to the islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries.
  • Your shipping information will require your postal code, please confirm it before you place an order.
Failed Delivery Situation
  • We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/recipient's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
  • If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at contact@pixell.global with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.
  • For certain countries or regions such as Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Saipan, Samoa, and Palau could be restricted from international shipping depending on the courier's condition.

 

📌 Additional Information

Starting from July 1st, 2023, in accordance with the decision of the Universal Postal Union, providing advance customs information for international postal items containing goods (EMS, parcels, small packages, K-Packets, etc.) becomes mandatory. At the same time, the ICS2 (Import Control System, pre-receipt of postal information by destination country customs) R2 will be implemented, allowing loading of goods onto aircraft after prior approval from European customs and postal authorities for dispatched postal items.

Therefore, if the information provided by customers during submission is inaccurate, there may be difficulties in postal item acceptance and transportation. We kindly ask you to provide accurate information. Additionally, if dispatch approval is not received from European customs and postal authorities, it is important to note that your postal items may experience customs clearance delays or be returned.
